First of all... get your subject and verb to agree. Just because we watch football doesn't mean we are grammatical idiots.
Second of all.. does this prohibition mean I can't describe the game to my buddy at the water cooler on Monday morning without infringing copyright? That would be an account or description of the game, no?
But yes it is bogus that they don't allow anyone to view it in public without paying, even if it is "not for profit".
