A new (non-Lutheran) blog I stumbled across has a nice post about the importance of a Christian Church's confessional statement(s). The Neo-Puritan writes, "No Creed But Christ - Confessional and Confessional Christianity"
In fact, as I commented there, I think I can agree 100% with this post.
